Pray as you go is a resource created by the Jesuits in Britain, a series of podcasts for every day. A chance to stay still and pray, wherever you are, through the readings of the day.
Every podcast lasts between 10 and 15 minutes, and consists of an introduction with music to help you quiet the soul, followed by the reading of the day, whether the Gospel, the Old Testament reading or the psalm. A series of questions follow to help deepen our understanding and see how the reading affects us personally. It finishes by listening once again to the reading, as an opportunity to hear it again in a new light.
