Rotas at the parish
There is always a need for volunteers to help in the parish. We are currently looking for parishioners to maintain the website, revive the Tote, and to organise the Hall Bookings. We also need more cleaners so that a rota can be set up.
Do you feel called to serve the community during the services?
The parish advocates for the active involvement of the members of the congregation in the life of the community by serving each other and taking on roles. Below is a list of the roles that you might want to consider. If you are interested in any of them, please get in contact with Fr. Simon or Fr Peter.
- Reading at Mass: as a reader, you will be proclaiming the first two readings, the psalm and the bidding prayers at the Sunday 10.45am Mass.
- Altar servers: This ministry is currently suspended
- Eucharistic ministers: to help administer the Blessed Sacrament, the Body and Blood of Jesus, during distribution of Holy Communion, and to visit the housebound.
